All information traveling between your browser and Accupoint data centers is protected from eavesdroppers with 256-bit SSL encryption
Firewall
All Accupoint applications — including your data — rest securely behind numerous hardware-based firewalls.
Multi-Tenancy
Each client is set up on an individual database instance. Accupoint does not use a multi-tenant database model, ensuring your data can only be accessed by your team.
Reliability
Redundant storage and servers keep the application and your data available in case of failure. Server access is restricted, with intrusion prevention and virus scanning enabled at this layer.
Managed Hosting
Data in your Accupoint workspace is is maintained in multiple datacenters in distinct geographic locations. All data is backed up nightly and stored in a secure offsite locations.
Client Confidentiality
To protect your identity, Accupoint will never disclose your organization's name as a reference or in marketing materials. If they don't know you're a client, they can't come looking for your data.
